Ofsted Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD, ages 9–15)
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 DOE
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and establish a new children’s residential home for young people aged 9–15 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). You will play a pivotal role in setting up the home, ensuring full compliance from the outset and embedding a culture of excellence. You will be responsible for safeguarding, quality assurance, and driving outcomes to achieve and maintain at least a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.
Requirements:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role within a children’s home.

At least 3 years’ recent experience working directly with children with EBD/complex needs.

Demonstrable experience of managing Ofsted inspections – evidence of your most recent inspection outcome will be required at interview.

Experience of setting up or developing a new home (highly desirable).
