Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Care Manager to lead and grow their domiciliary and supported living services. 

Role: Registered Care Manager
Salary: £34,000–£37,000/year (+ bonuses)
Location: Amersham 
Contract: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Flexitime

Your Role:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring outstanding care delivery.
  • Build client relationships and manage new inquiries.
  • Recruit, train, and support care staff.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including appraisals and audits
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives and service improvements.
  • Network in the local community and raise awareness of the service

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Care Manager.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality care.
  • Experience of working with clients with mental health difficulties and learning disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of care regulations and compliance.
  • Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to work towards it) - minimum NVQ level 4
  • Knowledge of IT Systems - Office and Google Suite
  • Due to "On-Call" function, you need to be able to conduct new client assessments, thus
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
