We are seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Emergency Care Practitioner to join our team. Our client is a renowned provider of Out of Hours (OOH) services, delivering urgent care to patients across Cranleigh. The service is strategically located next to NHS Emergency Departments, ensuring smooth referral pathways and comprehensive care for patients.
Role: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP)
Service: Out of Hours (OOH) / Urgent Care
Location: Cranleigh
Rate: £40-£55 per hour (Ltd or sole trader, with increased rates for Bank Holidays)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical decision-making as an ANP or ECP, ensuring the delivery of urgent care services using the Adastra system.
- Provide face-to-face consultations in clinics, with opportunities for home visits and telehealth consultations.
- Work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends, to deliver care both in-hours and primarily out-of-hours.
- Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure optimal treatment strategies for patients.
- Apply advanced clinical expertise to assess and manage urgent medical cases, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions for patient well-being.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fully qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP).
- Hold an NMP qualification, with training in minor injuries and minor illnesses.
- Current DBS check dated within the last 12 months or registration on the DBS update service.
- Up to date with all mandatory training.
