Role: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP)
Service: Out of Hours (OOH) / Urgent Care
Location: Cranleigh
Rate: £40-£55 per hour (Ltd or sole trader, with increased rates for Bank Holidays)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical decision-making as an ANP or ECP, ensuring the delivery of urgent care services using the Adastra system.
• Provide face-to-face consultations in clinics, with opportunities for home visits and telehealth consultations.
• Work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends, to deliver care both in-hours and primarily out-of-hours.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure optimal treatment strategies for patients.
• Apply advanced clinical expertise to assess and manage urgent medical cases, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions for patient well-being.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fully qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP).
• Hold an NMP qualification, with training in minor injuries and minor illnesses.
• Current DBS check dated within the last 12 months or registration on the DBS update service.
• Up to date with all mandatory training.
