We are seeking a skilled Consultant Ophthalmologist to produce a medico-legal report for a workplace injury claim involving serious head trauma and resulting visual impairment.

📝 Case Overview:

The claimant sustained head injuries after falling approximately 1.5 metres (5 feet) from aircraft steps while attempting to clear a blockage in a mixer during work. Injuries include:

• Head trauma and internal bleeding

• Double vision

• Right hemianopia

A referral has already been made by an orthoptist due to ongoing symptoms. This case is part of an Employer’s Liability claim and requires a detailed assessment of causation, condition, and prognosis.

• Availability to see the client in or near Bradford, West Yorkshire.

• Capacity to deliver a report within 8–10 days.

• Experience with medico-legal ophthalmic assessments preferred.
