We are seeking a highly experienced Oral Surgeon (Maxillofacial or Oral & Maxillofacial Consultant) to provide a medico-legal report in a clinical negligence case involving delayed diagnosis and treatment of facial fractures.

💷 Fee: £1,200
📅 Report Due: Within 10–14 Days
📄 Medical Records: Approx. 650+ Pages

📝 Case Overview:

The claimant sustained significant facial trauma and was initially discharged from A&E without a fracture diagnosis.

Upon persistent symptoms and further review, multiple jaw fractures were identified — including parasymphysis and subcondylar fractures — which led to:

• A missed opportunity for timely surgical intervention.

• Facial asymmetry and ongoing functional limitations.

• An additional complication involving loss of consciousness during pre-op, allegedly linked to intravenous access.

• Conduct a face-to-face clinical assessment in or around Milton Keynes.

• Review approximately 650+ pages of medical records.

• Provide a detailed report addressing Causation and Condition & Prognosis.
