Job Description

We are seeking a Consultant Neurologist to conduct a face-to-face assessment and provide a medico-legal report for a road traffic accident (RTA) case.

The assessment will focus on evaluating neurological symptoms, potential underlying causes, and long-term prognosis to guide treatment and recovery.

Assignment: Expert Witness – RTA-Related Report
Location: SY5, Shrewsbury
Fee: £400 (paid within a week of submission)
Assessment Date: ASAP
Report Deadline: Within 8 days of assessment

The task involves:

✔ Conducting an in-person neurological assessment
✔ Reviewing 56 pages of hospital records and 274 pages of GP records
✔ Assessing neurological symptoms related to the accident
✔ Providing a basic diagnosis and prognosis for treatment and recovery
✔ Producing a structured medico-legal report
✔ Submitting the completed report within 8 days of the assessment

This is a privately funded case, and we guarantee payment within a week of report submission.
