Consultant Oncologists – Contribute Your Expertise to Medico-Legal Cases

We are currently seeking experienced GMC-registered Consultant Oncologists across the UK to join our national medico-legal expert panel. Your clinical expertise will support complex oncology cases involving diagnosis, treatment outcomes, and clinical negligence claims.

Your detailed and clear reports will provide crucial evidence for legal and insurance proceedings.

🎗️ Role: Consultant Oncologist – Medico-Legal Expert Witness
📍 Location: Nationwide (desktop reviews and in-person assessments where required)
💼 Assignment Types: Cancer Diagnosis, Treatment Complications, Delayed Diagnosis, Clinical Negligence
💷 Pay Range: £900–£1,600 per completed report (depending on complexity and turnaround)
📅 Turnaround: Reports typically due within 10–14 days

✅ Requirements:

• GMC-registered Consultant Oncologist

• Experience or interest in medico-legal report writing

• Ability to review case records and produce clear, evidence-based opinions

• Willingness to attend court if required
