Consultant Neurologists – Join Our National Medico-Legal Expert Panel

We are looking to expand our UK-wide panel of Consultant Neurologists to assist in preparing medico-legal reports for road traffic accident (RTA) and personal injury cases.

We are currently instructing on a range of cases requiring remote or face-to-face neurological assessments and structured reporting to support litigation and recovery planning.

Assignment Snapshot (Example Case):

• Role: Expert Witness – Consultant Neurologist

• Assessment Type: In-person, privately funded

• Example Location: SY5, Shrewsbury (but we welcome applicants UK-wide)

• Fee: £400 -£1300 per case

• Report Turnaround: Within 8 days of assessment

Your Role Includes:

✔ Conducting a face-to-face neurological examination
✔ Reviewing relevant medical documentation
✔ Assessing post-accident neurological symptoms
✔ Offering a basic diagnosis and treatment prognosis
✔ Drafting a clear, medico-legal report in line with Part 35 standards

Flexible case volume and locations available. You must have access to a suitable consultation space for client assessments.
