The Client

At ThinkLocum, we work with various solicitors, that regularly require psychiatric reports in order to assess a claimant’s or defendant’s mental health and how this may have contributed to actions or behaviour.

The Requirement
We require a mental health assessment and report for a client that is currently being held in a mental health secure unit. The client’s solicitor has advised that the client has a history of mental Illness and has already had two recent reports carried out on him, however a new assessment and report is needed to conclude all findings. This assessment will need to be carried out in person, so we will confirm the opening/ visiting time of the secure unit.

The solicitor believes report is needed to show that the client is not fit to stand trial.Please contact us asap if you are able to help with this assignment.
