Job Description

We are seeking an Ophthalmologist to conduct a face-to-face assessment and provide a medico-legal report for a visual impairment case. 

Role: Ophthalmologist
Assignment: Expert Witness – Medico-Legal Report
Location: NG23, Collingham
Fee: £150 (paid within a week of submission)
Assessment Date: ASAP
Report Deadline: Within 8 days of assessment

The task involves:

✔ Conducting an in-person ophthalmic assessment
✔ Reviewing medical history and relevant records
✔ Evaluating the cause and severity of the vision impairment
✔ Providing a prognosis and expert recommendations for care
✔ Producing a structured medico-legal report
✔ Submitting the completed report within 8 days of the assessment

A suitable consultation space is required for the client to attend the assessment.

This is a privately funded case, and we guarantee payment within a week of report submission.
