💼 Brief Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and dynamic service supporting over 30 GP practices across Central London. You will be responsible for managing online patient requests submitted via the PATCHs platform, working collaboratively with a team of GPs, ANPs, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and manage 100–150 patient cases per day via PATCHs

• Make approximately 30 patient calls per day (as needed)

• Resolve requests where appropriate, or forward unresolved cases back to the relevant GP practice

• Contribute to reducing the workload on partner practices by efficiently handling online triage

Requirements:

• Proficient with System One

• Familiarity with local clinical pathways is advantageous

• Comfortable working in a high-paced, digital-first environment

💰 Pay 

• GP Pay: £80–£85 per hour

We are collaborating with a fantastic network of surgeries that require GP cover on the dates provided below. These GP surgeries prioritize creating an excellent working environment, as all the surgeries are fully resourced, and the sessions are well-structured to prevent you from being overwhelmed.

There are two types of sessions available, allowing you to choose what suits you best.

Normal sessions: 

Times: 0900-1300 & or 1400-1800 (or similar) 

System: Emis Web 

Session breakdown: Each session includes 3 hours of patient appointments, followed by shared administrative tasks and a possible visit. 

Rate: £360 per session

LSV – HUB sessions: 

Rate: £95 per hour 

These sessions differ slightly from standard sessions as they are HUB sessions. There is a new system where patients are triaged by tele-consult in the morning, and those requiring face-to-face appointments as a result of triage will be booked into the HUB for the afternoon (excluding certain exclusions that are directly booked into the HUB for face-to-face appointments). The HUB sessions will only involve self-generated administrative tasks and 10-minute appointments (6 appointments per hour).

Role Details:

  • 16 patients per session
