💼 Brief Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and dynamic service supporting over 30 GP practices across Central London. You will be responsible for managing online patient requests submitted via the PATCHs platform, working collaboratively with a team of GPs, ANPs, and administrators.
Key Responsibilities:

Triage and manage 100–150 patient cases per day via PATCHs

Make approximately 30 patient calls per day (as needed)

Resolve requests where appropriate, or forward unresolved cases back to the relevant GP practice

Contribute to reducing the workload on partner practices by efficiently handling online triage
Requirements:

Proficient with System One

Familiarity with local clinical pathways is advantageous

Comfortable working in a high-paced, digital-first environment
