We’re seeking experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care remotely within Primary Care, supporting practices through the ARRS scheme.

Role Details:

• Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Pay: £35 - £40 per hour (Ltd or Sole Trader)

• Location: Remote (NHS Digital Badge required)

Sessions Breakdown:

• Remote consultations via EMIS (telephone & video)

• Assess, diagnose & manage acute and chronic conditions

• Support continuity of care in line with ARRS requirements

Requirements:

• MSc Advanced Practice or HEE e-Portfolio route

• NMC registration + V300 Prescriber

• EMIS proficient

Requirements:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients of all ages, demonstrating clinical excellence and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients of all ages.
• Manage chronic disease reviews and acute presentations.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as required.
• Minor injuries and Illness
• Offer health promotion and disease prevention advice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN or equivalent
