Role: General Surgeon Paediatric
Location: BD3  (Bradford)
Assignment: Road traffic accident
Report Submission: Within 10 days of assessment

Brief:
We have a client from Bradford who requires an examination with a General Surgeon in relation to a medico-legal matter. The client is 9 years old and has been referred to a General Surgeon due to abdominal pain

Medical notes - 94 pages (Hospital records)

Required: Assessment & report

-Full instructions will be provided on what is needed in the report.
-Conduct a face-to-face examination.
-Write a medico legal report providing your diagnoses and prognosis from your assessment.
-Determine if there are long-term or permanent effects.
-The report needs to comply with CPR Part 35 (Civil Procedure Rules)
