💼 Brief Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and dynamic service supporting over 30 GP practices across Central London. You will be responsible for managing online patient requests submitted via the PATCHs platform, working collaboratively with a team of GPs, ANPs, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and manage 100–150 patient cases per day via PATCHs

  • Make approximately 30 patient calls per day (as needed)

  • Resolve requests where appropriate, or forward unresolved cases back to the relevant GP practice

  • Contribute to reducing the workload on partner practices by efficiently handling online triage

Requirements:

  • Proficient with System One

  • Familiarity with local clinical pathways is advantageous

  • Comfortable working in a high-paced, digital-first environment

💰 Pay 

  • GP Pay: £80–£85 per hour
