Brief:
Our client is 21 years old and has been referred to a Neurologist due to loss of consciousness and now the client has issues with his memory and concentration following a Employer Liability.

The incident circumstances are as follows: The individual sustained a workplace injury after falling face-first through the ceiling onto the floor. At the time of the incident, they were collecting pies from the bakery where they work, intended for delivery to a market. They had gone upstairs to retrieve boxes for transporting the pies when the ceiling unexpectedly collapsed beneath them, causing the fall. The reason for the ceiling collapse remains unknown.
