Occupational Therapists – Join Our National Medico-Legal Expert Panel

We are looking for experienced HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists across the UK to join our medico-legal expert panel. Your expertise will support assessments related to functional capacity, rehabilitation progress, and daily living challenges following injury or illness.

Your detailed reports will contribute valuable evidence in legal and insurance claims involving physical and cognitive impairments.

🛠️ Role: Occupational Therapist – Medico-Legal Expert Witness
📍 Location: Nationwide (in-person assessments and desktop reviews)
💼 Assignment Types: Functional Assessments, Rehabilitation, Disability Evaluations
💷 Pay Range: £300–£600 per completed report (based on complexity)
📅 Turnaround: Typically 7–10 days after instruction

✅ Requirements:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

• Experience in medico-legal reporting or interest in expert witness work

• Ability to assess clients and review medical and occupational therapy records

• Clear report writing skills with clinical and legal awareness
