Job Description

We are seeking an Orthopaedic Doctor to conduct a face-to-face assessment and provide a medico-legal report for a road traffic accident (RTA) case.

The client has been referred due to ongoing chest pain, and the assessment will help clarify the nature of the injury, its impact, and prognosis.

Role: Orthopaedic Doctor
Assignment: Expert Witness – RTA-Related Report
Location: TR6,  Perranporth
Fee: £200 (paid within a week of submission)
Assessment Date: ASAP
Report Deadline: Within 8 days of assessment

The task involves:

✔ Conducting an in-person orthopaedic assessment
✔ Reviewing approximately 250 pages of medical records, including the referral report
✔ Evaluating the cause and extent of the ongoing chest pain
✔ Providing a basic diagnosis and prognosis covering treatment and recovery
✔ Producing a structured medico-legal report
✔ Submitting the completed report within 8 days of the assessment

This is a privately funded case, and we guarantee payment within a week of report submission.
