Brief:

We are working with a solicitor that is representing a client who arrived in the UK from China two years ago. The client has a British daughter here in the UK that they live with. The Daughter is an anti-Chinese government activist and so is in fear of her mother returning to China, give the association.

We are therefore seeking an assessment and a report that will support and appeal to keep the client in the UK, the current home office determination is that the client should be deported back to China. The solicitor and their team believe that returning to China, will endanger the client’s wellbeing and possibly life.
