We are currently seeking a Consultant in Medicine to assist with an assignment :

Role: CONSULTANT IN MEDICINE

Assignment: A report into MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE / NON-MALEFICENCE / RESPECT, PRIVACY AND DIGNITY

Report Needed: ASAP

Rate : £800

Brief:

We are seeking a consultant level expert that will be able to produce a report that will detailing how the lack of care treatment/ inappropriate treatment led to the death of a patient in a Nigerian hospital.  The report should seek to establish if there was negligence, specifically relating to the treatment and care / lack of treatment and care that was / was not provided.  Was any treatment given appropriate,  or could it have harmed the patient and did any of these factors contribute to the patients passing?

A pathology report showed a Brain Haemorrhage found after autopsy, did this factor into the circumstances.

There are around 60-70 pages of notes and three short videos, that will be provided and it is likely that you will need to attend a hearing via a video link at some point in the future.

Experience of knowledge of the Nigerian healthcare system will be advantageous.
