Requirements
Enhanced DBS
Safeguarding Adults Level 3
Safeguarding Children Level 3
Passport – right to work in the UK
2 years' experience within the UK


Your Role
Lead Clinical Decision-Making: Provide precise urgent care using Adastra.
Consultation Variety: Conduct face-to-face, home visits, and tele-health sessions.
Flexible Shifts: Work varied shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and out-of-hours.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse team to optimize patient care.
Advanced Clinical Skills: Manage urgent cases with timely interventions.
What We Need

Qualifications
Fully Qualified ACP, ANP, or ECP.
Experience: Independent NMP (V300) with minor injuries and illnesses experience.
Compliance: Recent DBS check (within 12 months or on update service) and current mandatory training, registrations, and immunizations.
Education: MSc in Advanced Nursing Practice with a recordable specialist qualification with the NMC.
