Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 5 Nurse with experience in both Accident & Emergency (A&E) and Paediatrics to join our team. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident in using Adastra. 

 

Services: Urgent Care
System: Adastra
Times: In Hours / Out of Hours, Weekdays and Weekends
Locations: West Bromwich

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure and temperature.
  • Administer medications and treatments in line with patient care plans.
  • Effectively use Adastra for managing patient information and coordinating care.
  • Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies and carry out clinical assessments.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration as a Band 5 Nurse.
  • 2-3 years of experience in A&E and Paediatrics.
  • Strong ability to measure and document blood pressure and temperature.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
