Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Urgent Care Centre in Uxbridge. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering exceptional service to our patients, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and compassionately.
Vacancies available : GP, A&E Registrars, AECU's, ST3 and Anaesthetic Registrars
Location : Uxbridge
Shift Pattern - 6 hour blocks, Monday - Sunday shifts available
Rates: Market Related
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide urgent medical care to patients in a timely manner.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient records in accordance with relevant guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff and trainees as necessary.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance.
Requirements:
- GMC registration with a license to practice.
- Experience working in an emergency/urgent care setting (desirable).
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- (For A&E Registrars and AECU SHO) Evidence of relevant training and experience.
