Job Description

We are urgently seeking a Consultant Oncologist to undertake a medical negligence case assessment involving issues of causation, condition, and prognosis.

This is a one-off assignment requiring a face-to-face examination and expert witness report.

🔍 Role: Consultant Oncologist – Medico-Legal Report
📍 Location: CW7, Winsford
💷 Pay: £650 (per completed report)
📅 Assessment & Submission: ASAP

 

📄 Case Summary:

  • Approx. 500 pages of medical records to review

  • Focused on treatment delays and failure to follow up

  • A full medico-legal report is required (details to be shared)

✅ Requirements:

  • Consultant Oncologist with experience in medico-legal reporting

  • Able to examine the Claimant face-to-face (CW7, Winsford)

  • Comfortable reviewing complex case notes (approx. 500 pages)

  • Available to complete both assessment and report
