We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Therapist to complete a medico-legal assessment following a workplace accident. 

📍 Location: TA1, Taunton
💼 Role: Occupational Health Therapist – Expert Witness Report
⏳ Submission Deadline: Within 8–10 days
💷 Fee: £300

📌 Assignment Overview:
The claimant has not yet resumed work duties and is presenting with ongoing psychological barriers, including fear and trauma-related symptoms, linked to the incident.

This Employer’s Liability case requires expert input to determine whether occupational or psychological factors continue to impair functional capacity and work-readiness. Your insights will help guide rehabilitation planning and a possible phased return to work.

Expected Tasks:

• Conduct a clinical assessment (face-to-face preferred)

• Identify work-related functional impairments

• Assess psychological readiness to return to work

• Recommend suitable occupational rehabilitation or a phased return plan

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience preparing medico-legal or functional capacity reports

• Understanding of workplace-related psychological impacts

• Professional indemnity insurance

• Strong clinical judgment and excellent report-writing skills
