We are seeking a Paediatric Orthopaedic Doctor to carry out a medico-legal assessment for a child who sustained injuries following a Road Traffic Accident.

📍 Location: Exeter
💼 Assignment Type: Road Traffic Accident – Expert Witness Report
💷 Pay: £400 per completed report
📅 Assessment & Report Submission: ASAP

📝 Case Summary:

• The client is 11 years old and presents with pain and injury to the neck, shoulders, and upper back

• A face-to-face assessment is required in Exeter

• The report will need to address causation, current condition, and prognosis

• Medical records will be provided for review

✅ Requirements:

• GMC-registered Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with experience in paediatric trauma

• Experience preparing medico-legal reports for minors

• Availability for prompt assessment and timely report submission

• DBS clearance and child safeguarding training preferred
