🌟 Job Opportunity: Registered Care Manager 
📍 Location: Slough
🕒 Hours: Full-Time
💷 Salary: £35 - £40k

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of care assistants

• Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans

• Monitor vital signs and complete medication records

• Provide emergency cover and take part in on-call rota

• Ensure services meet CQC standards

🔹 What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the healthcare sector

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong attention to detail and high standards of care

• Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (desirable)

• DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo)
