Job Description

We are seeking an Orthopaedic Doctor to conduct a face-to-face assessment and provide a medico-legal report for a road traffic accident (RTA) case.

The assessment will focus on evaluating ongoing orthopaedic injuries, particularly related to the shoulder, and providing a prognosis for recovery and treatment.

Assignment: Expert Witness – RTA-Related Report
Location: LA9, Kendal
Fee: £200 (paid within a week of submission)
Assessment Date: ASAP
Report Deadline: Within 8 days of assessment

The task involves:

✔ Conducting an in-person orthopaedic assessment
✔ Reviewing approximately 300 pages of medical records
✔ Evaluating the extent of injuries and long-term impact
✔ Providing a basic diagnosis and prognosis covering treatment and recovery
✔ Producing a structured medico-legal report
✔ Submitting the completed report within 8 days of the assessment

This is a privately funded case, and we guarantee payment within a week of report submission.
