Locum GP Opportunity in North Watford

Are you a newly qualified GP looking for a long-term locum position at a supportive and welcoming GP surgery?

We are working on a government-incentivised project in North Watford and are seeking General Practitioners who meet the criteria below. This exciting role offers stability and excellent remuneration for the right candidates.

Role Details:

• Location: North Watford
• System Used: EMIS
• Days: Monday, Friday (potential for Wednesday AM)
• Times: 09:00 - 13:00 & 14:00 - 18:00
• Sessions:
  • 16 patients per session
  • Shared admin duties if the clinic isn’t fully booked
• Assignment Dates: ASAP – April 2025 (with ongoing potential)

Essential Requirements:

• Fully registered GP with GMC.
• Qualified as a GP within the last two years.
• No salaried GP roles since qualification.
• Current enhanced DBS registered on the update service.
• Up-to-date with mandatory training.

What We’re Looking For:

We are particularly interested in newly qualified GPs eager to take on a long-term locum assignment. The surgery aims to have two or three GPs covering 2 – 2.5 days per week.

Pay Details:

• Pay Rate: £272 per session (£68 per hour).
