Assessment Date: ASAP – the client will confirm available dates

Reports needed by: 08/10/24

Rate: £850

We are seeking a psychiatric/ mental health assessment for a client that is currently on remand awaiting trial. This client has been charged with multiple offences, and his solicitor has advised the client has a history of mental health issues. We therefore require an assessment and report that determines the client is unfit to plea.   We have all case notes available, and we are actively trying to get hold of the GP records. As the client is in HMP, we will advise when there is availability for the assessment. The assessment will be carried out via MS Teams.
