Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Scotland. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience, focusing on temporary nursing recruitment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all divisions including but not limited to: Hospitals, Care Homes, Homecare and Social Care
  • Supporting and overseeing a team of 3 consultants with their daily role to ensure KPI and GP targets are achieved
  • Maintain a high-performing sales mentality motiving the team in the business
  • Engaging with clients face-to-face with monthly and quarterly reviews
  • Ensure Consultant Account Management is maintained to the highest of standards
  • Overall delivery of GP targets and forecasting growth areas, creating business strategies
  • Support the team with the delivery of their targets, through 1to1 and PDP alongside candidate pipelines
  • Maintain a strong % fill rate with each client and work on ways to increase the % fill rate
  • Creating resourcing focus plans and managing the delivery to hit GP growth targets, maintaining and increasing market share, and ensuring service deliveryWork with the marketing to create candidate acquisition plans to generate leads to support resourcing focus
  • Meet with potential clients working with the Business Development Department to generate leads and grow the client base, supporting with CVs and existing candidates to sell in
  • Work with the UK Compliance Manager and the Compliance Team to support the delivery of clearances and new workers
  • Collaborating with the Governance team to support existing Homecare packages for areas of the business

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare staffing industry, with a focus on temporary staffing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, financial management, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and building long-term client relationships.

Our client is a well-established healthcare agency operating across England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, and Northern Ireland. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Sales Manager to help manage and grow our existing workforce.
